Please send a bank check or money order for 100% of the estimate with your order, sorry no personal checks please. Credit card? If you wish to pay with your VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS or DISCOVER card, or with PayPal, we will email an invoice to the email address on your order form after we receive required forms and materials for your order. When your order is completed and ready to be shipped you will be billed for overruns and shipping charges.

Important order information:

- Send your package in a manner in which you can track it's progress to us: i.e. UPS, Fed-Ex, or US post w/tracking. Please pack your materials in a well protected envelope or package and insure for it's full value. EkoDisk cannot accept liability for packages damaged in transit.

- Order your discs well in advance of the release date to minimize the likelihood of artwork errors and/or other unanticipated delays..

- Remember to keep a copy of your master disc(s).

- Double check all art for spelling, grammer, etc., before placing your order. Errors noticed in the proof inspection stage will delay your order. Errors that are not corrected during the proof inspection will go to print so inspect your art proofs carefully.

- Carefully review and complete all required forms when placing your order.

- Send color accurate physical printouts with your order if color matching is a concern.

- Rush Service: EkoDisk offers rush service for some of our products and services. A proof waiver may be required for orders with a fast turn time. Ask your representative about rush service availablility and requirements.

A representative will contact you if everything we need to manufacture your project is not included when we receive your package into our facility.
